About — Reichmann Rothschild
Every challenge we face — in business, in civilization, in the human heart — is a reflection of a spiritual one. The answer, as it has always been, is found by turning inward.

ReRo is a family office and investment firm built on a single premise: that the outer world is a reflection of the inner one, and that the most consequential work we can do is help people discover what is already within them.

We work alongside exceptional operators and global partners who share this orientation — not as abstraction, but as lived conviction. Our strength has always been the same: we see people. Their character, their vision, and the soul they carry that they may not yet fully see in themselves.

Our business is quiet. Our approach is personal. Our currency is trust.

ReRo was founded to honor the values and legacy of our grandfathers — Albert Reichmann and Kurt Rothschild — whose shoes we can never fill, but whose footsteps we strive ever to follow. They did not try to influence or engineer outcomes. They identified people of character, believed in them before the world did, and created the conditions for those people to become what they already were. That is the inheritance.

Albert Reichmann

One of the most prolific real estate developers of his generation — Battery Park in New York, Canary Wharf in London — Albert's vision was never measured by skylines. It was measured by the communities those skylines made possible. He taught us that capital is not an end. It is a responsibility.

Kurt Rothschild

Widely recognized as one of the most consequential activists and philanthropists of his generation, Kurt moved seamlessly across political and theological divides that stopped others cold. He showed us what it means to bridge worlds rather than occupy one.

We carry this forward with awe and humility. Their example is not a ceiling. It is a direction.

We see capital not as the end, but the means. Not as power, but as possibility. A magnifier of soul — and of everything the soul is ready to become.

We are living through the most significant transition in human history. Not the industrial era, which solved for physical scarcity. Not the communication era, which solved for connection. We are now designing intelligence itself — the substrate of thought, conscience, and meaning.

This is not only a technological shift. It is a spiritual one. Every era of human progress has been, beneath the surface, a working-out of an inner struggle — and this era is no different. The question of what intelligence is for, who it serves, and what it does to our humanity is the same question it has always been: what are we for?

These are not new questions. They are the oldest questions — and they have answers. We built this firm around them.

Spirituality The navigational question

Before anything else, there is encounter. The direct recognition that existence has a source — and that source is not indifferent. Where this relationship is alive, purpose is self-evident. Where it is absent, even the most sophisticated systems lose their direction. We believe this is not a private matter. It is the most consequential question of our moment — and the clearest lens we have for what comes next.

Me and Myself

Morality & Virtue The character question

Knowing is not enough. It must be lived. The gap between what a person believes and who a person actually is — that gap is the real work of a life, and the real risk in any institution. The systems we build will reflect who we are. We invest in people and build from this conviction: nothing constructed outward is stronger than the person constructing it.

World & Infrastructure The civilizational question

The interior work eventually demands expression — in how we treat people, build institutions, and engage the world. A civilization that has lost its interior life builds systems that reflect that loss. Our conviction is that Torah wisdom, brought to bear on the hardest problems of our moment, belongs at that table. We defend it. We fund it. We build with it.
