Robert S. Reichmann is the President of Reichmann Rothschild, a family office investing in people, on a mission to drive forward peace, purpose and progress.

Previously he was Founder and co-CEO of Workmode, an on-demand, near-home, coworking startup. Prior to that he was Founder and CEO at AI-powered child-wellness startup Visr (acquired) as well as a cofounder of KamaTech, an Israel based hareidi employment non-profit.
Driven by his deep Jewish faith, Robert is guided by recognition and gratitude for the opportunities he's been given; driven with responsibility to utilize them to impactfully help others.
Robert serves on the boards of Canadian Friends of JCT and KamaTech.
He holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Anthony Heller | President; Plazacorp
Mr. Anthony Heller is the President of Plazacorp Investments which he founded in 1981 with the vision of developing retail commercial real estate. Plazacorp Investments developed shopping centers during the 1980s, including several mixed-use commercial-residential projects. In the early 1990s, its focus shifted to the development of residential condominiums. He has thirty-five (35) years of experience in real estate developments and has initiated and completed approximately $2.1 billion of development projects. Mr. Anthony Heller has been involved in venture capital financings and has consulted with both privately held and publicly traded companies in which he has invested. He has been an independent director of Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSE:FCU) since 1999. He has invested in and provided guidance to many successful early-stage technology companies including YAK Communications, which was founded in 1998 and sold to Globalive for $80 million in 2006.
Ian Jacobs | Managing Member; 402 Capital
Mr. Jacobs is managing member of 402 Capital LLC, an investment firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. From 2003 until founding 402 Capital LLC in 2009, Mr. Jacobs worked on investment research and other projects at Berkshire Hathaway Inc., as directed by its Chairman/CEO. Prior to his time at Berkshire, Mr. Jacobs worked as an equity analyst, most recently at Goldman Sachs, Inc. He completed the CFA program, and received his MBA from Columbia University.

Robert Salamon | Managing Partner; BHMS
Robert is a co-founder of BHMS, a middle-market private equity firm established in 2010. Prior to BHMS, Robert worked at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”) where he co-managed a $1.25 billion opportunistic value portfolio. Prior to KKR, Robert worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan where he led several highly structured transactions and developed new financial products. Robert is an honors graduate of Yeshiva University.
