Previously he was Founder and co-CEO of Workmode, an on-demand coworking startup. Prior to that, Founder and CEO of Visr, an AI-powered child-wellness company (acquired), and co-founder of KamaTech, a hareidi employment non-profit based in Israel.
Driven by his Jewish faith, Robert is guided by gratitude for the opportunities he has been given — and by responsibility to use them well.
Robert serves on the boards of Canadian Friends of JCT and KamaTech. He holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
Anthony Heller

Mr. Anthony Heller is the President of Plazacorp Investments which he founded in 1981 with the vision of developing retail commercial real estate. Plazacorp developed shopping centers during the 1980s, including several mixed-use commercial-residential projects, before shifting focus in the early 1990s to residential condominiums. He has thirty-five years of experience in real estate and has initiated and completed approximately $2.1 billion of development projects. Mr. Heller has been involved in venture capital financings and has consulted with both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has been an independent director of Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSE:FCU) since 1999, and has invested in and guided many successful early-stage technology companies including YAK Communications, founded in 1998 and sold to Globalive for $80 million in 2006.
Ian Jacobs

Mr. Jacobs is Managing Member of 402 Capital LLC, an investment firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. From 2003 until founding 402 Capital in 2009, Mr. Jacobs worked on investment research and other projects at Berkshire Hathaway Inc., as directed by its Chairman/CEO. Prior to Berkshire, he worked as an equity analyst, most recently at Goldman Sachs. He completed the CFA program and received his MBA from Columbia University.

Robert Salamon

(KKR), where he co-managed a $1.25 billion opportunistic value portfolio. Before KKR, Robert worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan, leading highly structured transactions and developing new financial products. He is an honors graduate of Yeshiva University.
